I have ten years experience of working in mental health and psychological wellbeing. I have worked for several NHS trusts in London (including IAPT, sexual health, HIV, addiction, mood, anxiety and personality specialist services) and for the charity MIND. I have experience of working with a diverse range of adult mental health difficulties including; anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorders, psychosexual problems, bereavement, personality disorders, drug and alcohol issues, problems related to living with chronic illness, problems related to living with HIV as well as working with other psychological related issues that impact on our relationship with others. This involves managing depression and anxiety and relationship stress.
Qualifications and training
Through my training as a Counselling Psychologist I have experience of using a range of different psychological approaches, and of working with clients experiencing differing mental health difficulties

Postgraduate Diploma in cognitive behavioural interventions (CBT), University College London (UCL).
BSc (Hons) in psychology, Goldsmiths University, London
Before training as a Psychologist I worked within design and have a BA in Arts and Design, Beckman’s School of Design, Stockholm, Sweden.
I am registered with HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) and am a chartered member of BPS (British Psychological Society).
